Dam girl friend

So I had the day off and my cable had not been hooked up yet. I had asked my gf to rent some movies but alas she forgot. All I had was a stack of anime. Not knowing much and never been a huge fan of anime I decide to try some out. The past titles like ghost in the shell and amitarge had been kool so maybe something new wouldent hurt. The first few tries was stuff in Japanse which only she understands being from Japan. Then I try "Chobits" with english dub. I watched disc two than disc one on accident. I gotta admit I kinda started liking it. Any ideas on sites to research if there is more comming out or where you can get a good deal on them>?

Yea no problem, sorry for my outburst as well. I have come here alot in the past but hardly to the anime part. At any rate I do collect some anime albums so who knows maybe I'll see some I have already posted here. When it comes to the movies though I really don't know what to like my gf is the anime expert.

Sure, he showed up at the same time as that other jerk, and his post looks vaguely trollish at a glance (I mean, why would anyone like Chobits?), but it is a legitimate question, and the forum is somewhat ambiguously named.

I like Chobits. At least, I liked it all the way until the ending. Kind of like Evangelion. Okay, wait, I take that back. I like the Chobits *manga*. I reeeeeeeeeeeally dislike the anime.

Yeah, the anime was rather horrid. I couldn't watch the entire thing. The manga are a lot better, just because Hideki doesn't act as stupid as he does in the anime. The ending is still crappy, though.
