I remember there being some official guide out there, written by a VGM fan I believe, that detailed the best way to set up Exact Audio Copy for ripping CDs with the LAME encoder.  I want to set up EAC on a new computer and I can't seem to find that exact guide anywhere now.  I think it might have been in the Gaming Force Forums perhaps?  But I ran a search there and can't find it.  I think it started out as something like "The Best Way to Rip CDs" then changed to "The Official Guide to Ripping CDs" or something.  It might have even moved forums and changed authors.  The last author I remember who had posted it, had some kind of ghost-like avatar that was animated and licking the screen.  But that has been at least two years ago now.  Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?  I'm sure it was out there in a VGM or game related forum.  It's the only one I trust so I'm desperate to find it so I can convert some of my newer albums on my new computer.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Justin, I think the guide you refer to is the one on the forums at Slightly Dark.

That's pretty much the gold standard guide. With it, you'll get the best possible known way of ripping music.

I found the one I was looking for.  It was in fact in the Gaming Force Forums.  Thanks for all the help.
