Hmm,

kay, let's make this quick and painless. For me February is almost devoid of interesting releases.

Interesting:
VNCM-9021 | Majo no Takkyuubin Original Soundtrack (Iwashiro scores the Kiki live-action movie)
SECL-1463 | Rekishi Hiwa Historia Original Sound Track 3 (Kajiura on the third volume for the Rekishi Hiwa Historia documentary)

The rest:
ANZX-2898 | Kara no Kyoukai "Mirai Fukuin" Original Soundtrack (these Kara no Kyoukai enclosure bonus are more like a sound test...)
AVCD-55052 | Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy Original Soundtrack (begins to become a big waste of talent, especially true for Kameoka)

Actually, I'm relieved that there is almost nothing in February. I just received my December order from CDJ, and going to enjoy these here in the next days:
COCP-37129 | DOCTORS - Saikyo no Meii Original Soundtrack (Yuuki Hayashi in drama mode)
SVWC-7980~1 | Puella Magi Madoka Magica Music Collection (is playing while I'm writing this, great stuff -- that's how Kajiura should sound)
CPCA-10324~35 | ROCKMAN X SOUND BOX (I'm not so happy about Suleputer's decision to use these slim jewel cases...)
SQEX-20015 | FINAL FANTASY X HD Remaster Original Soundtrack (this one seems to be quite controversial among the community -- well, not like I would care what others think anyway)

They're doing another Battle Arrange? Might look into this because their last one was pretty good.

What's the controversy?

See the VGMdb thread about the album.

Ditto. It's hitting some great songs from the trilogy that the last album didn't have, AND it's got SaGa Frontier arranges! WOO!!

I ordered the Kiki's album, hope it's good.  big_smile

After listening to the last one, I'm in as well.

A few notable releases in addition to Romancing SaGa Battle Arrange Sen:

- Rhythm Kaitou R Premium Live OST - The title for this has me confused.  Is it a live arranged album or an OST for some unusually titled game?  The original three-disc OST had too much filler for my tastes but there was some interesting stuff scattered about.  An arranged album would have potential.

- Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 OST - The first LoS OST had great production values but was a bit dull. Mirror of Fate on the other hand had some strikingly intense boss themes and a couple very pretty pieces to boot.  If they can follow up that second effort I'll be interested.

- Rom Cassette Disc in Natsume Vol. 3 - Judging by the cover, it includes Pocky & Rocky and Ninja Warriors.  I never played either but know they have their fans. (Goldfish? smile)

You see my VGMdb post about it? smile

BTW, for people that don't know, this is Ninja Warriors Again, the SNES one. Really solid Zuntata score that amazingly has never made it to CD. Ninja Warriors only has a small handful of tracks to it, but Daddy Mulk is the big one off of it. It has been released a bunch of times on various Zuntata albums.

Hours were spent on this song alone...

Ninja Warriors Again is not by Zuntata (which is Taito's) at all but by Natsume's Hiroyuki Iwatsuki. He has a very distinct sound, if you like it you ought to check out the other games he composed for (of which only Chaos World ever got an OST release, which is why I never found OST releases a good reflection of overall VGM works in the industry).

I would assume it is audio from this concert: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2EyNxwjbHI
