Oh!  Nice stuff!  I love violin so I'm definitely interested in this album now!
Mwahaha!  They also have FF6's Decisive Battle.  I have a serious weakness to that song.  Great arrangement!

Can't be too critical if it's free I suppose but needs either more wowsome leads or better backing production to be noteworthy IMO.

Still would love to hear Vanessa Mae play me some Castlevania, though this comes pretty close.

I enjoy it too--some decent stuff there!

I had only heard one track of hers before; I have a compilation album that features "Widescreen." However, the first two tracks from The Violin Player have now blown me away. Seriously good music.

I love that she does Toccata and Fugue in D Minor - it's one of my top favorite classical pieces (and I've always loved her rendition of Classical Gas).  My other favorite classical track is the Little Organ Fugue in G Minor (i'm partial to it cause I used to play it in the saxophone quartet I was in ages ago) - and that was remixed and used for the opening to the Area 88 tv series "MISSION (FUGA)", another favorite of mine.
