Has it been revealed if there will be any new music in this game and by who?

As I understand it, it's much like Chrono Trigger PSX, the new cutscenes contain some new pieces/arrangements by Sakimoto, but the rest of the music is the original. In fact the OST sounds a littler flatter because hardware the PSP can't seem to emulate the "Reverb" effect used in the PS1 version.

Of course I can't stand by that claim as I don't have the game yet.

I don't have the game either, but Sakimoto isn't involved in the port. And yeah, although I once supposed the PSX soundtrack would be directly streamed from the UMD, music is actually sequenced on the PSP sampler and allegedly sounds a tad different from the PSX version. Not certain who are the manipulators and/or arrangers but it's by TOSE staffs who always act incognito and even use false credit.
