Did SSCX-10074~7 ever come with an obi (spine card)?
I know it comes with a cardboard box and if something comes with a separate case, then the obi usually doesn't exist, although that's not always the uhh... case.

As far as I can remember the case itself was not sealed (only the box), and as such it came without an obi. I'm not 100% sure though, and I don't have access to my copy at the moment so I can't verify, but I would be surprised if I was wrong.
