Seriously?!

The only game they showed off was PES 2017 and a continued milking of a brainchild they no longer own. What a complete joke to masquerade being a game company anymore. I want Konami corporate to fail, so, so bad for what's probably the biggest tragedy in gaming history.

Somewhere in the doldrums of the Konami building I can imagine a dark prison cell with Simon, Goemon, Bill, James Sunderland, Hudson Bee and the rest of their properties held captive.

Though Kojima drinking from a "Konami Tears" mug while showing off his next monumental game was another delicious FU to them.

As for monumental game, are you talking about Death Stranding?

Konami could at least make some semblance of trying to be a game company  by simply releasing compilation collections for like Goemon, Castlevania, and Contra.  Thankfully Gradius, Salamander, Twinbee and Parodius got compilation releases even if they were on PSP...

Also annoying is the Bemani arcade machines still get releases, but pop'n music 14 and beatmania 16 were the last to come out on the PS2 and they never even tried to make controllers or games for new systems... it would be weird but they could have kept releasing on PS2 probably.   The only times I get to see new machines is at a convention or when I was in Japan because there's not an arcade anywhere near me willing to pay the price to import the new ones sad
