Does anyone have a spare they'd be willing to sell me?

EDIT: I recently re-purchased the album because I've fallen in love with Prime again, and was ripping the CDs last night while I was re-routing my 100% run. Somehow the OBI ended up underneath some paper that I was using to sketch out my preferred item collection order, and when I crumbled up and threw the papers out the OBI was with them. I found it in my bin, but it was bent and crumpled and mangled as all hell. I am so disappointed in myself!

I don't mean to hijack your thread, but wanted to ask. Since you're looking for the OBI it's obvious you enjoy this album. I have it (and don't intend sell it) but I can't help but feel both of these scores somewhat suffer when they're removed from their original context. Having played the game(s) knowing the context doesn't help certain pieces in my case. Is that the case for you, or can you enjoy these scores outside the scope of the game considerably well?

Fusion is more of a novelty and fun listen, but I have been so deeply entrenched in Prime 1 over the past couple of weeks that its music has become my pulse. I don't care much for the Chozo Ghost theme or the Space Pirates battle theme, but most of the other music is firmly and comfortably nestled in my brain.

I don't think anyone cares for the Chozo Ghosts or anything related to them. I think the Space Pirates battle theme works in context but loses a lot of impact after the fact.

That said, thanks for quenching my curiosity.

Those battles are easily the worst part of the game and is part of why I don't agree with the developer-intended route - way too many run-ins with those dicks. I hate how the put them in the Chozo Ruins Furnace and Arboretum, both of which are connected to rooms that have mandatory fights. Trying to remember, but off the top of my head I think the only mandatory ones are in Tallon Life Grove, Chozo Sunchamber and Elder Chamber.

Now that I'm thinking about it, the second worst part of the game* is the overwhelming/forced battles with the Ghosts, and also with the Pirates in the Phendrana labs and Phazon Mines. I can see the Phazon Mines needing that level of "protection" since that's supposed to be the last part of the game before the final battles, but all the other fights are just annoying.

* First worst part is the backtracking-heavy dev indented route heyooooo

I'll have to try sequence breaking next time I play it.  While not the same exact thing, it kind of reminds me of how I play the original Tomb Raider. I know the game so well (probably too well) that I put the stipulation of no medi packs into play when playing to make it more challenging.

Prime is an amazing experience, both as a game and as an aural experience, but I definitely agree on the pirates and ghost themes.

The ghosts should have been a once-per-run miniboss. Outside of that, however, I felt Prime perfectly captured the feeling of isolation that Super Metroid did so well.

Great soundtrack, though. Can't remember Fusion at all.

Wish I had an obi, man. I'd ship it down right quick.
