You know, for 50 bucks, it's not a bad investment.  These sets tend to run for high prices on ebay.  That being said, I'm only picking up one for myself.  Any other takers?

I debated this one for a few days, but came to the conclusion that the figure and box aren't worth the extra $18 to me.  The "regular edition" has all the stuff I care about.

Is the "Limited Edition Boxset" going to be the only release of the game, or can I order it WITHOUT the action figure and extra junk? HONESTLY, the boxset looks like it going to be as big as the box for the PS2 itself...

I honestly love when they do things like this (fanservice at its best), but always in every case end up being too afraid to actually open them for fear of lowering their secondary market value.

Eek, I'm like order 6175 for the limited edition, even though someone on the gamefaqs board said the orders started at 5200. With luck, I'll barely make it into the 1000. Oh and thanks for the topic, I would have missed it otherwise.

I'm order #5452, and ordered right after I saw the e-mail announcing the pre-order (about 12 hours after they sent it).  Bear in mind that every order from the Rosenqueen store increases the order count, so, if someone was pre-ordering the Pleinair figure, the order count would go up without the Mana Khemia supply going down.  You should be fine.

Did you guys see the $300 Mana Khemia "painting"?  Good gosh...

I checked out some Youtube videos of the game.  The game definitely has the Atelier Iris feel to it, right down to the sound effects.

The game's a continuation of the Atelier series, that's why.

Seems like they're taking things from both Atelier Iris ~ Grand Fantasm, what with enemies actually being on the map, and then town maps being menu-driven, like Ar-Tonelico.

Now out of stock. 

I'm hoping this will bring back some of the magic that was Atelier Iris 1.
