Yes, yes it is complete with new waggle specific controls.

In a short while Episode 5 that was added for the DS version will also be able to be purchased.

1000 points ain't a bad deal for what's (mostly) the entire game.  Same goes for the sequels should they follow the same pricing structure.  I'm just curious how they'll be handling the microphone-based features, like dusting/blowing away the fingerprint powder in Case 5.

I'll be sticking to the DS originals, as these titles really are more apt for portable play -- like they were originally intended.  But for newcomers, the price is definitely right when you consider the potentially high aftermarket cost for these games.

One of the things I find neat about this is that now one could play PW with an audience.  Since I have a lot of friends who like to just watch games with good/funny stories, I would definitely have opted for the Wii versions of these (had I not already played the DS ones).

Cool news! I hadn't heard about this until now. big_smile

I just wanted to second this comment. Several people I know were interested in the series, but I just couldn't convince them to buy it. I also have another friend who owns a Wii, but doesn't care for handheld consoles. A port to the Wii VC provides a great opportunity to finally expose these people to one of my favorite video game franchises.

Good move, Nintendo. Good move.

Picked it up and watched my sister play some of it (it pans out for dual-screen shots and zooms in on the rest, you can also adjust the flashes that go with reactions), but I'm not touching it until Case 5 hits. That case is more than half of why I enjoy the game so much.

Holy SHIT, am I enjoying this! I understand and agree why it gets the acclaim that it does!

Besides seeing an ad, a preview, and a review for the game when the series first started, which intrigued me, I've also been watching "Phoenix Wrong" parodies on YouTube, of which many are very well done! And now I've finally gotten the chance to play it!

I'm often just laughing my ass off at how so many of the witnesses, defendants, and even some of the prosecutors are so eccentric!

You get the "Whap!" sound effect, and screen shakes so often when people are saying certain things, it's like it's seizure-inducing!

I have a cousin who has a DS, but I've never been able to persuade him to check this series out...

Ahh, Miss April May is such a cute little pink Barbie/cat girl...!
