so this game is being released tomorrow, 13 tables to choose from gets you great value for the money ($39.99).
gorgeous visuals, high replayability, stunning recreation of famous pinball machines from 70's through 90's.
game is getting great reviews(ign - 8.5, gamespot - 8 and perfect score from game nexus).
what's even more appealling is that amazon currently offers $10 off for pre-ordering($29.99) on xbox 360,
I think we should support developers/publishers releasing great games at discounted price, they're getting less exposure than they really deserve.
so anyone else excited?

That is incredibly unexpected. I had thought developers had given up on the genre after Devil's Crush on the TG16. Like they knew they could never top it or something. The whole genre seemed relegated to stagnant mini-games in other, larger genres.

"stunning recreation of famous pinball machines from 70's through 90's" is what intrigues me the most. I know there's a market and memorabilia scene for everything, but I didn't imagine that there would be for pinball machines since I never heard about it.

The Pokemon Pinball games have been among my oldest and truest companions for gaming on the go, so this really intrigues me, despite not having either system. I also find it interesting that this is a retail release--this seems like something more people would pick up as an impulsive download buy than it would be an off-the-shelf purchase.

I also see that it has a PS2 release, and had a Wii release last year, though they all appear to have fewer tables than these current gen offerings. Even so, the PS2 version is a real bargain at $10 on Amazon.

(This just resurfaces my burning yearning, where's Pokemon Pinball DS? Two screens, it's begging for it man!)
