Best remembered, by me, for EVE Burst Error. He recently was working with Cave, did the Akai Katana soundtrack and probably had more in the works...

Yeah, I was saddened to hear news of this too.
His career was looking up and heading skyward recently, so it's unfortunate that his health gave out.
Yeah, the last things he did that will get a release was a special Mushihimesama soundtrack (8/26) for a special PCB board for it released in May and, depending on how far along he got, music from the Instant Brain game coming from CAVE. Not sure if all the music was done though... I think it comes out in November, so it's possible.
He was such a nice, kind, and wonderful guy and I was truly honored to be his friend. It'll be hard to listen to his music now, for me, at least for a while.

i've enjoyed his arranging work mostly. he will be missed.
I've only heard a few of his arrengements, and found them quite pleasant. It's a tragedy that he passed on so young !

I hadn't heard this news... that's pretty sad. I loved the EVE Burst Error soundtrack (and I still can't believe they replaced all the music for the abysmal PSP "remake").
This is horrible news, it seemed like he was on a roll lately.
I loved what he did for Espgaluda II BLK L. Kind of like reconciling the differences between I's energy & II's emotion. Keeping I's rave and II's magic, while adding his own twists.
