Symphonic Legends London, the next concert in the Symphonic series of orchestral game concerts from producer Thomas Boecker and Merregnon Studios, has been announced for July 13, 2014.  Despite the title, the concert is NOT a new performance of the 2010 Symphonic Legends concert but instead a new concert devoted entirely to the Legend of Zelda series, performed by the London Symphony Orchestra and London Symphony Chorus with arrangements by Jonne Valtonen and Roger Wanamo.

As the press release mentions "new and revised scores" from Valtonen and Wanamo, I imagine the massive Legend of Zelda Symphonic Poem from Symphonic Legends as well as the Wind Waker Concerto for Spark and Orchestra most recently performed in Symphonic Selections 2013 will be a part of the concert, but that's purely conjecture on my part.  The press release DOES confirm "the world premiere of a brand new Overture of music from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword".

Did anybody else here wind up going to the show?  Would love to hear your thoughts if so!

Thanks Adam for posting the link. It was a truly amazing concert. It would be great to hear others thoughts on it as well.

The London Symphony Orchestra and Thomas Böcker's team are doing another concert in the summer of 2015. Really looking forward to what it will be, but unfortunately I can't make attend, since I'll be in Japan.
