They won't have a problem.  The description of the game is:

"This non-violent target shooter allows gamers to enter the shooting range, steady their nerves, and take aim at the bull's-eye..."

I'm thinking players will have a problem with this game.

I read the description, but you and I both know that senators don't care what the actual content of a game is (remember the fuss over Night Trap?).  The very fact that the letters "NRA" are in the title is enough to set them off.
