I don't want to carry this sucker around and let it get all banged up. I'm keeping it in the little plastic-fiber sleeve it came in for now, but I was looking elsewhere to get a case. I found this at Play Asia (since it seems the US cases aren't out?):

Anyone have a case? Or any recommendations?

EDIT: it would be nice to have slots for the game cards in the case, as well.

That's probably the best of all I've seen, but I honestly don't like ANY of the DS Lite cases compared the one Hori made for the original DS.  I'm still keeping my DS Lite in that one (one of the nice features of it is a deep pocket inside a zipper pouch on the side where I can also stuff my ipod nano; plus there are still a couple pouches for DS games).

But yeah... the Japanese cases for the Lite sorta suck so far.

Corbie's got a review of the Multi Pouch, here:

But yeah, I agree; I've yet to see a Lite case, both in and out of Japan, that's proved preferable.  I got Keys Factory's Smart Case which comes highly recommended by others, but I don't care for it.  It's a snug and tight fit, but I just hate the way it exposes some of the Lite's shell.  Plus, there's no room for game cards.

I've actually got my Lite currently stored in my old Canon digital camera bag.  It does the job, is surprisingly snug, and it can hold plenty of games.  (The pic I took below has five games in it, but I can easily fit five more if I wanted.)

Strictly unintentional, I assure ye.  I really wanted to have Ouendan (the red one) where PW was, though.  ^_^

With Ouendan right above it and NSMB next to it!  That's one sexy picture.  If Dawn of Sorrow were in that shot as well, it would have been DS perfection. tongue

Interestingly enough, I just realized that DoS was in that shot -- it was buried under Peach, though.  Rats. ;p

The DS lite is very finger-print prone...you should probably get a Switch N Carry case. They are officially licensed by Nintendo and are sold at circuit city. You can insert your DS lite in the case and also play it while it's in the case since it has a plastic protective sleeve with openings for the control pad..I really like it. It keeps the DS lite in top shape and allows you to transport it and play it anywhere.
