I'm kind of an old school anime guy, and I'm revisiting the anime classic, Arion, which has a lovely score by Joe Hisaishi.

Anybody happen to know if that ever got a CD release?

Yes, there were actually three albums released related to the film:

Image Album (32ATC-105)
Original Soundtrack (TKCA-70799)
Symphonic Suite (TKCA-70800)

Not one of my personal favorites, but Hisaishi is always good smile

These are some of his oldest releases, they are pretty easy to get a hold of though.  A lot of his older works were reissued two and three times since the original release.  Usually there is a 32ATC-*/30ATC-* and TKCA version.  Arion also came in a box called "Winds and Seeds" that contains the original soundtrack and symphonic versions of Nausicaa, Laputa and Arion.  It's a beautiful box set should you ever have the opportunity to get one.

You can usually get these on Yahoo! Japan for around 30$ each.
