Anyone who knows me at any length knows that I'm a big fan of Supersweep's artists and their productions (and if you didn't know before, now you do).

And this's just another great soundtrack from them; musically-speaking, you can expect something rather similar to the work they did on the Phantom Kingdom / Makai Kingdom soundtrack (which is the first soundtrack that ever got me interested in Supersweep's works).

There's a good mix of upbeat, cheerful, poppy, spacey instrumental techno, some of which incorporates even ethnic motifs, and you also have some straight-on orchestral-styled work; the first disc is essentially the techno, while the second disc is for the most part solely orchestral.

I've been listening to this album so much since I first got it, and I've thoroughly enjoyed it every time, I JUST HAD TO TELL SOMEONE!!

So, yeah, hopefully at least maybe one person decides to check it out from reading this...

By all means, if you haven't checked it out already, do so!

As far as I know, they just published this work and had no involvement with the compositions. They seem to be increasing their external publishing abilities, with the upcoming Hula Wii and Space Invaders Extreme 2 soundtracks as well.

It is definitely a pretty decent album though!

That would be the result of Supersweep hiring Takahiro Yagi as a Producer for their label, as he was a long-time Producer at Scitron Digital Contents until it was sold off to Happinet.

Look in a bunch of SCDC liner notes and you'll see Takahiro "T.J!" Yagi listed, now he's renamed Takahiro "T.J!++" Yagi.  The pluses were most likely added due to the lucky extension of his job to do the same work for Supersweep instead.
