Still, it's not all bleak/laughable news. "The Last of Us" might make a decent film. Maybe.

I think the Warcraft movie is going to be really good.  I think it has the potential to break the video game movie stereotype, especially with ILM on board.  I'm really looking forward to it.

They're actually going to make this...? I thought this was one of those projects that was in development hell.

For me, Last of Us without the gameplay could be a good thing. Although it's kind of The Road. Angry Birds I have absolutely no interest in.

Still, we can thank video game movies for the genius that is the Oscar-winning Doom and the critically acclaimed Mortal Kombat.

It's already done, they're just waiting on the release date.
