How is this an ungrammatical colloquialism? "Get it again" is a valid imperative sentence. Adding "maybe" just turns it from a command to a suggestion.
He wrote "Hey, maybe get it again!", which doesn't specify who will get it again (the sentence is missing an "I'll", since he was referring to himself, although of course the context makes it perfectly clear), which at the root is the same mistake I made with mixing up the two words in the other thread (namely, thinking in speech).
