I know the site has been retired from updates for years, but it had some nice exclusive content that I enjoyed checking out from time to time. I don't visit it on a regular basis, but I've noticed it's been down for at least a couple days. Does anybody know if this is some temporary hiccup or is it gone from the 'net for good?

I was a member there for sometime.  Well it's been years.  Pretty sure she said that place was in an "indefinite hiatus."  But now it's probably gone.

I haven't talked to Lucy in a couple of years at least, but the last time we spoke the status of the site is that it would remain up for a while, but would eventually be taken down. I guess that time is now. Good thing there's archive.org!

I was actually wondering about this myself quite recently. I wanted to look up something which I remembered from a very old topic on the forums. I could not access those in any way. Are they gone? That'd be a waste because there were plenty of fun tidbits through all the discussions there...

What are you talking about? That link goes directly to the CC archive as of 7/18/2012, so everyone can still go there and browse around.

He's not talking about you making porn-spam in STC. He's talking about CC's forum archives. Go take a look for yourself: it went unmoderated for years and it's truly *inundated* with spam (actually, more car and other sales/marketing spam than porn spam).

I really miss CC and I hope Lucy is doing well.

Noticed this and went to the source; the domain name server is being transferred at the moment.  So, there should not be a need to use the internet archive.
