I got my Wizardry box yesterday and it's rather good.  Very DQ-esque arrangements if you've never heard the old Wizardry prints.  One of them has bunch of rockish arranges on them, and some of them have original sound stories and some sound effects.  The drama cd is meh, but oh well.

The box itself is pretty sweet too.  Very thick and sturdy and well made, shaped and is painted like a treasure box. D:  The insert box even says "Oops! Teleporter".  It made me lol   Worth the money if you like old style orchestral arrangements ~

I have the first three discs (We Love Wizardry, Legacy of Llylgamyn and Knights of Diamonds), and really like them.  I always wondered how the others turned out.  Which disc is the one with the rockish arranges?

Is this a new release?  From Japan, maybe, since Wizardry is deader than dead here?

The first of these was released in 1987, and the last in 1992.  So, yeah, it's a new release, but of very old material.

Disc 4, Wizardry Gaiden I, is decidedly more rock and synthesizer than the orchestral stuff.  The combat song is straight up old school vgm rock.
