This probably is something only people in Canada can answer, but I'm curious about something. If someone has an email address that ends in yahoo.ca, does that mean they live in Canada? I live in the U.S. - if I wanted a yahoo.ca email, could I get it? Thanks for any answers.

Probably if you went to their Canada based site and signed up:

It's all in English, and it's not like they're going to ask for proof of Canadian citizenship.

I'm pretty sure you can sign up for *any* Yahoo account if you just go to their main site and click on the appropriate links. I myself have a Yahoo Japan e-mail address, and I don't live in Japan.
