So recently I ordered something from Amazon.co.jp and it somehow got lost in the facility near my house.  I filed a lost goods claim with DHL, and I received this in my mail shortly thereafter:

I ran it through globalgate and babelfish and I got the impression that I need to reply to him in order for the refund to be done.  So could someone verify if that's what it actually says, and if so, I'm going to need help replying.

"We're very sorry for the loss of your package, and we can either replace the missing item(s) or refund you your money.  We apologize for taking up your time, and ask you to contact us when you decide what you would like to be done.  Once again, we apologize.  We will wait for your reply, and thank you for using Amazon.co.jp.

Anyway, could you help me write something that says roughly:

"Thanks for your quick communication.  Japanese is not my first language, do you have an English customer service representative.  I would like the package refunded please.  Thank you again for your quick service."
