I'm with you there. I sometimes sneeze for no reason whatsoever, as well. I have no confirmed allergies, and I'm pretty sure that if I did, it'd have already come up.
As for being allergic to mere existance, I don't think there's any biological method to discerne that.
I'm allergic to other allergies. If I eat shellfish I'm out of commission for a week.
