You should get internet!  Or maybe you shouldn't... then you won't waste hours on the net everyday like most monkeys.  On the other hand, it is nice to browse the lastest news, items, and ramblings of various STC users!

I don't think you can afford a Treo or similar phone, but if you have one of those phones, they have a "unlimited" data plan where you can hook up the Treo to a computer and turn it into a modem that accesses the cellular network.
