I am suprised that nobody speaks of this game's music, and even more so suprised that there was never an official release of a soundtrack.
By far one of my favorite OSTs of all time.

I loved the music of the first game, and I liked playing the game itself too. I was supposed to have played the second PS2 game but never got around to it. The GB release went over my head entirely, though. Ever played it? If so, how was the game itself?

I liked the GBA game way better than the PS1 and PS2 releases. The music is entirely different, the gameplay is that of a Strategy RPG ala Shining Force. Great story, etc.
Its just an all-round great game.

There was never a PS1 release of Zone of the Enders. I'd have been all over it, otherwise.
But I agree, the game was really nice. I can't call it great, because I don't usually enjoy strategy games like that, but it was engaging enough for me to like it.
