XISMZERO Oct 10, 2007 (edited Oct 10, 2007)

I'm not the only one.

Whenever I check NCSX or Play-Asia on a daily basis, I cannot help to peel my eyes away from the occasional, damn finely-crafted, impressive sculptures of some fine ficticious female specimens. Now, I know what they'll say. You nerd. I've never purchased one nor do I see the need to but I really like to look. JUST TO LOOK.

I have a girlfriend, but man, they still make me hot and I KNOW I'm not the only one.

See for yourself what I mean on today's update (http://www.ncsx.com/2007/100807/ncs1008w.htm)...

Or how about: http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/6907/001vu1.jpg

http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-8x- … -22as.html

Just close the door maybe, browse some of the ones they've got sold out or not...

/REALLY not a contributor as to why some of these are sold out...
//tries not to have too many impure thoughts about Rei and Asuka because they are still jailbait

I like figures better because they don't run up my cell phone bill or sleep with my friends.

csK Oct 10, 2007

I've seen one or two that I thought were cute, but most of them are way over-the-top (including those you linked!)

Ramza Oct 10, 2007

I think they're stupid.

I think the same thing about ATV's when people think they have the right to tear through your yard.

Sry, a little off topic.

Kirin Lemon Oct 10, 2007

Ew.  Toys can sometimes be neat and stuff, but do they make me "hot"?  No, never.

Alliteration is the coolest literary device since cursing!

Fuckin' right it is.

Nemo Oct 10, 2007

Heck no.  Just the thought of people getting off on these statues, video game hentai, hentai period makes me ill.  Not accusing you of this Xis, just saying even enter the zone of receiving arousing stimuli from this stuff is very not good.

Stephen Oct 10, 2007

No.  Hentai is better than these figures. lol

XISMZERO Oct 10, 2007

I admire the devout attention to detail to the agile female forms seen in many of these. These certifiably Japanese "artists" put fourth pure wonder and let's your imagination just do the rest. It's spiffy. And before I sound creepy, I'll leave it at that!

/never even thought about buying a breast pillow or mousepad
//same country that birthed tentacle hentai: good or bad

Of course you can say they're stupid. They're inanimate, you big oaf! smile

Do action figures make me hot, you ask?

OH GOD YES f--- YES OH GOD

Yeah. Bought roughly $300 worth of Gundam action figures over the past month, I guess because I hate my wallet. Lookin' heavily at the Death Note Nendoroid figures of Light and L, because they're so dern cute

L:      http://www.hlj.com/product/GSC96314

After this, I'll be looking at the Gundam 00 MSiAs.

I've actually been trying to find an L that's in-stock for the last week or so, after seeing it on one of my recent trips to Den Den Town.  If you find any place that still has him (American or Japanese website, it doesn't really matter), please let me know!  I'll probably have to turn to Yahoo Japan Auctions as a last resort.

The store I frequent will be getting some L love sometime this week. Want me to pick one up for you?

The store is pretty expensive ($55 per Nendoroid), but I'm sure we can work something out. I can cover some of that cost (wouldn't be much more than online shops). If this is what you wanna do, then email me and we can work out details. A'ight?

Oof, that is pricey.  I'll fire off an email after I get home from work in a few hours.

... Thus ends our thread hijack.

for those of you with Hello Kitty fetishes, there is a Hello Kitty PULLIP doll being released this month (13,000yen). We still have some preorders available for $110 at www.pullipstyle.com

I tell you what gets me hot... the word "resin." Put the right connotation on it and it sounds so dirty...

"I was thinking how wonderful a searing hot blast of resin would feel on my bare, luscious..."

The rest practically writes itself.

Okay. That's HILARIOUS! Well said!

Ashley Winchester Oct 12, 2007

I can't take full credit for that one, I adapted the "searing hot blast of resin" part from an episode of Futurama.

I knew someone out there would nail me if I didn't - there are many who probably know those episodes forwards and backwards.

Yo. (I blame school for not letting me get to it before you cited)

On topic, I still haven't even bothered displaying the figures I *do* have (gifts for doing stuff). I want to, 'cause they're pretty, but I have place to put them, really.
