Just read that Sakimoto apparently composed some music for Square Enix's Japan only MMORPG 'Fantasy Earth.' There doesn't seem to be a soundtrack release, so has there ever been a rip of this game before? Thanks.

He only composed 3 tracks, the rest being handled by Masaharu Iwata and Kenichi Koyano, with one track by Manabu Namiki (as far as I remember). The game was released a few years ago, and no soundtrack was announced or published since then.
There are some game rips though, but they may be very difficult to find because I remember they are in Japanese.

Any chance you could help me in finding those rips? Or perhaps that's not allowed on these forums.
In any case you can easily find it by searching in google.

I just tried to no avail. Googled with keywords ["fantasy earth" music download sakimoto], ["fantasy earth" music sakimoto] and ["fantasy earth" music]. Any hints to a better search?
An unlabelled 20 track rip was posted a year or so that I've kept on my computer. It's in the somewhat troublesome .wma format, but hopefully that won't be a problem for you. Perhaps there is something better now available, but this rip is complete to my knowledge. I've uploaded it here for you:

Please tell me when you've downloaded it so I don't lose unnecessary bandwidth, but feel free to take your time.
Also, even with Basiscape's new relationship with Five Records, a soundtrack release is highly unlikely due to the game being sold to GameSpot.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to do that for me Chris! You can take it down now. Very much appreciated.
but this rip is complete to my knowledge.
If what you uploaded is the same as what I gave to you a year or so ago, it's no longer complete. Until recently it was complete, though.

No longer complete because more music has been introduced into the game or the original rip wasn't complete?
