32 player online multiplayer makes me want the game, but the Medal of Honor series felt tired and boring with Vanguard. I preferred Rising Sun myself. Is anyone getting this and is the wii zapper really worth buying?

I have no interest in the Wii Zapper and only mild interest in Link's Crossbow Training (which, I admit, is only due to being set in the Zelda universe). But I wasn't initially interested in MOH:H2, but when I heard about the 32 player online multiplayer and MP3-esque controls, I took notice. I plan on picking the game up next Tuesday along with Super Mario Galaxy.
I got an email from Nintendo World, the NY store. They are holding a MoH: Heroes 2 tournament this Friday from 6-9pm. We'll probably see some blogging on that to see if the multi-player really does hold up. 32 players is an ambitious claim.

So I gave the online multiplayer a try and was pleasantly suprised. It runs completely smooth and lag free. The lobby I entered only had about 20 players though, so the verdict is still out on a full 32-player match.
And man, some of those dudes fraggin' on there are some killers. The game comes out today and already people have like 500 - 600+ points (wins - losses = point total).
