So this is about the game for Super Nintendo. The composers are Yumiko Kanki and Naoto Ishida. Now my problem is...that I SEEM to remember having read about Naoto Ishida having solely composed the music for the Big Blue course...and that Kanki did the rest.

Can anyone confirm this? Anyone know the japanese names of both? I could give it another google try with the japanese names.

According to the booklet of F-ZERO (the jazz arrange album, TKCA-30516), Ishida composed Big Blue and Ending Theme, and Kanki composed the rest. VGMdb has a scan, if you want confirmation, though you'll need to register to view the full size to actually read it.
