Wow, when if they had just done a search on eBay you could have found both those items and spent less than $60. R-TYPE delta is good, but not $710 good. XD

F-ZERO X is more reasonable. I paid 100 + commission/shipping for a near mint copy only a year ago.

I'd choose your second option,Avatar...Someone must be very dumb if he really paid that much...He should have given me that money to buy dozens of better soundtracks and games...

I love F-ZERO X.  Nice to see the game getting respect, even if its through its music, even if its just through a bunch of eBay people willing to pay a couple hundred bucks for a Japanese music CD.

I got mines for 30 some dollars from some now long defunct site (Backdoor Records?  No, that doesn't sound like it...)

Back...trip, was it?  That sounds familiar.

That R-type auction has to be fake, I can't wrap my mind around somethings going for 15x their actual worth.  On a related note, I did recently capture 4 rere soundtracks that I've been trying to get for awhile off YAJ for relatively good prices, whereas in the past I would have got/have gotten scorched by some crazy vgm lovers in Japan.  So perhaps this is a lull period for vgm in Japan.
