Finally found a torrent of this (the DVD is getting hard to find), and I'm really glad I did, I've been wanting to see it for ages, and it was great! Superb spoof of oldschool B-horror and 80's cheese. My favourite episode was the last one, I really laughed when that ultra-cheesy 80's love rock ballad came on, and when it got to the oldschool rap bit, I really exploded! The "Planet of Apes" parody-episode was awesome as well. The character of Garth is such a great parody of authors like Stephen King and Dean Koontz. I love how he's always trying to sound foreboding and "deep" but ends up just being silly and shallow, and the way they have added commentaries by the "actors" in the middle of the show to make it seem like they're discussing the episodes in a "mockumentary" fashion from 20 years later is just priceless.
The only bad thing about it is that there was only one season (6 episodes!). While I could see the formula getting stale if the series was longer, it really feels like it ended prematurely, they could have done so much more with it. I miss an episode with vampires!
If you like a good laugh and cheesy B-horror movies, this is one to watch!
