Just want to give everybody the heads-up that I'm working on some behind the scenes changes with the site and as a result the forums might be inaccessible for brief periods of time over the next several days.

It's even possible that the altpop.com domain might be unavailable for a day or two although I am pretty sure I can avoid anything that drastic.  Anyway if you have problems please be patient and hopefully the temporary nuisance will be worth it in the long run

Thanks for the heads-up, Adam.  So, will the new forums be integrated with the site's main navigation bar by then?  I've got the new version bookmarked on my personal devices, but it's confusing when I'm accessing them via the main page through other, outside means.  (The older version's Login is most irksome.)

Ok, now my post is missing?

As I tried to say before, I really DON'T like the 'featured thread' type thing on the front page in lieu of having a link to the main forum index.

Sorry about the hassle though.  I did make a change to the forums last night (Japan time) and one side effect is that it would force you guys to log in from scratch.  After that one time though everything should be back to normal.  If the quirkiness persists let me know!
