Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda is now listed in the "Program" section at www.play-symphony.com! That means we'll hear music from Nintendo's beloved video games at the upcoming concerts. 1-up!

Thanks for the news.
Are you working for them? ;-) j/k
Quite a lot of exciting news in my impression.
I know, right? Every day there are just more and more awesome announcements about this concert...

Haha, no, I'm not working for "them".
But I have a Swedish game music site, www.spelmusik.net (interviews in English). I'm also really excited about this because I have tickets for the concert in Stockholm.
It would be awesome if Koji Kondo made an appearance since they're playing his music. Shit, all they need to do now is announce that Hitoshi Sakimoto is gonna be there and I could die a happy guy at the end of the night. *dreams of Vagrant Story staff roll being performed live in front of him*

I don't see where it says Nintendo music is going to be played. I wanna see for myself before I get excited.

Have a look here:
Sounds like a great concert. *sigh* If it weren't for the fact that I'm so burned out and so adamant about not traveling outside of the borders of my state this year, I'd probably jump on it. As it is, I'm not that inclined to attend. Not to dampen anyone else's enthusiasm, though...I would definitely love to see such a concert if only it were a little closer to the west coast.
