Now, there's lots we chock it up to: Maybe it was pure luck, or cuz it's vacation time, or a bad economy, but lately, I've noticed alot of things are ending sheaper on Ebay and other auction sites, or, not bid on at all...
Mario Zelda Band Live cd ended last month for just 5.00,
Smash Brothers soundtrack, starting at 3 bucks, no bids.
Mario kart 64 ost, ended at 9.00...
There's more; games, consoles, with no bids or ending cheaper. Seller's are tugging the line and we fish won't bite.
I suppose I should glad as a buyer; Instead of pricy middleman fees and bidding wars, I can just wait til an item I want comes up and expect a good deal
But the seller in me is worried, how does such a small market make any profit with less people interested?
The VGM community is very tight; people only share with those who are fotunate to come across forums like these, but we (and we can admit it) are often inclined not to spread the word in fear of rising costs when the demand gets higher.
What's worse is all the fakes and bootlegs floating around. Not to mention the sellers who hike prices insanely
