Whatever lawyer took that case needs to be disbarred.  To much dumb s*** makes it to the courts these days (my dad's a lawyer - I KNOW).

Too bad, I imagine if he'd answered the summons it would've been a big deal.

it said he was just trying to prove a point that anyone can sue anyone nowadays. He wasnt expecting to win. the stupid cases that clog courtrooms everyday waste tons of taxpayer money...
