I'm not a CAG member, no, so I'm certainly not up-to-date on all the deals that come around.  All the same, you can't keep something like SFIV for just twenty bones a secret for long.  Kotaku picked up on the tip, for instance -- and when I went over to my local GS this morning, they told me they went through their entire twelve copy allotment (five PS3s, seven 360s) in just two hours!

So, while I'm asking, just how key is the Wii Wheel for Excitebots?  I don't own one, so is the game as accessible with the Wiimote alone?  I'd heard there's some quirky stuff you have to do with the 'mote when doing the midair trick spins.

At the risk of being rude, screw gamestop... I'm to at the point where even I could get a better deal there, I rather support a non-chain store. Seriously, I half expect them to give me the Nazi salute when I walk in there anymore.

Yep.  Good eye, if you said Excitebots.  Wario was gutted, but its condition is status quo.  Plus, I was able to get the obnoxious price sticker off before it set.

I know you're angry, but that's no excuse for grammatically gutting your post.  Calm down, sir, and type responsibly - GameStop's just not worth it.

In fairness, shopping on GameStop.com is a much better experience than venturing into a scummy brick-and-mortar GameStop.

That may be true, but I think Ashley's point is that big business (Gamestop) just sucks! and it's better to support the little guy... I totally agree
Of course, it is hard to support the little guy when big businesses do everything in their power to literally crush the competition, and sadly little competition is left. As for gamestop.com, almost ANY good deal has the following: "Currently Not Available Online" yeah, I think gamestop sucks personally...

I heard that SFIV is being marked down, because a new edition i being released.  Anybody have info on that?

There is a new version in the works, but no word on when it'll be released as of yet.

Oh, and GameStop already ended this sale yesterday, several days early.  Luckily, I snagged myself a copy of Excitebots before they pulled the plug!

Argh!  How could they end the sale early!?  I would've loved to grab Wario and Excitebots. 

Do you even need to ask? It's Gamestop... nuff said.
