The best classic game music and more
Is it just me not seeing Recent Posts anymore on the sidebar of the main forum pages? Instead, it's replaced with the Recent Update of CDs from the main STC page.
If this was an intentional change, is there any way to have it revert back to Recent Posts?
Looks like Adam changed it. Presumably he wants people to start using the "new posts" forum instead, but I liked it better the other way too. It was one of those things I didn't really notice I used till it was gone.
I still can see 'Recent Posts' at the under portion of the sidebar. I may prefer to see it at the upper portion, but it's nice now we can notice an update of the main site so quickly (sometimes I forget about anything of STC but its forums...)
BIG EDIT: wait a sec. Now I can't find it! ...strange.

Oh this sucks on so many levels. 
I've always used that to get a quick view of the whole board activity...

Unlikely. Probably another "this is how I want it, and to hell with my users, deal with it" changes...

If every user acted like you that probably would be my attitude.
As for everyone else, if you guys want the recent posts column back on the forum index pages I will be happy to put it back. To my recollection, Angela was the only one who ever referred to it favorably so I was under the impression hardly anybody used it. I also figured its usefulness was limited mostly to the individual topic pages but I suppose I was wrong about that.
Give me a day or two and I can add the column back and bump the new posts display back up to 5 or so.

As with many things, I did not realize how important the recent post sidebar was until it was gone. Thanks for restoring it.
I always use that thing to get an idea of what exactly is the most current thing being talked about. The thing is since it has been restored the newest posts aren't displayed at the top. You have to actually go in one of the main threads to go and see the recent post list.
I am glad its back in some capacity though
