Dragon God Dec 19, 2009
Hey all,
I know I certainly have not being the most active member on this forum this past decade. Since 1998, I have been collecting game soundtracks and had accomplished a foolish and likely near-impossible quest : to own all of the Square Soft soundtracks from Final Fantasy to Front Mission 4. After several years and thousand dollars in purchases later, I actually completed that goal ! As many of you probably remember, I was forced to sell off some of my soundtracks in 2005 when I was in slight financial difficulties.
And here we are at the eve of 2010, and while I'm not in any financial difficulty currently, I've decided I'd sell off the majority of my collection.
It will help in paying my student loan a little bit faster and will clear a bit of shelf space to make room for my new hobby.
Thus far, I've only one tarantula and one scorpion under my care, but I'd like to have an even number of 5 diffrent species per group. Hopefully later on this year, I would like to take on the challenge of breeding one species. So far, I'm leaning heavily towards scorpions given their "litters" are much smaller than those of tarantulas and thus far more manageable. Plus the fact that scorpions cannot climb smooth surfaces like glass or plastic makes them the perfect candidate to breed since there are less chances of escapees.
So, below are the decided lists of species I desire.
Tarantulas
Chilean Rose (Grammostola rosea)
Wishlist
Mexican Red Knee (Brachypelma smithi)
Green Bottle Blue (Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens)
Curly Hair (Brachypelma albopilosum)
Usambara Baboon (Pterinochilus murinus)
Scorpions
Emperor (Pandinus imperator)
Wishlist
Rusty Thick Tail (Babycurus jacksoni)
Olive Keeled Flat Rock (Hadogenes paucidens)
Yellow Fat Tail (Androctonus australis)
Deathstalker (Leiurus quinquestriatus)
I may eventually extend my breeding attempts to popular reptiles such as Leopard Geckos or Corn Snakes, but for now I'll be focusing entirely on arachnids.
The Rusty Thick Tail (as seen on my avatar) should be my next purchase and hopefully I can get a breeding pair to start things off.
Wish me luck !
And thanks all of you who helped me enjoy a decade of quality VGM.
Please look foward to a sales thread this coming spring.
That is all.
