I know a number of you here at STC listen to Lady Gaga, even if you're not avid fans...but what the hell is she on about, now?

Is she complaining about our celebrity culture, the "Look at me, I'm special!" mentality that seems to be so prevalent among our generation?

It's kind of ironic, coming from her, when she's so ostentatious herself, but it makes me wonder if she's trying to be a parody of what pop culture has become today?

JUST WHAT IS SHE ON ABOUT?

If that's the case, her point is moot since her outfits always scream "look at me!"

As for celebrities in general, I don't but too much stock in what any of them say or champion. System of a Down is a big one in that respect. Outside of hating the fact I like their music, I really don't care about any of their political stances.

Except George Carlin. Georgie was always on point.
