Indeed, it seems like the lines between a celebrity and professional athlete are blurred. This was not always the case. In fact, for many years sportsman (before there were professional sportswomen) were paid well, but with few exceptions nothing like what they are paid now. Personally, I could not care less about sports, especially professional athletes... although I will say that they are attractive people, at least on the outside. Also, just to add, I would not shed a tear if Michael Vicks met his end in the jaws of a hundred angry pitbulls...
