Am I the only one who is always reminded of Suikoden when they hear the name Odessa?

Can't say it reminds me of Suikoden, but it reminds me of Wild Arms 2. Odessa's the terrorist organization you fight during the first disc of the game and are easily on my list of favorite bad guys.
