Back in the day, I never took Steam too seriously. I sorely regret having overlooked it as long as I have, but better late than never, no?
I'm going to stick with Steam as much as I can, seeing as how console downloads are specific to that one, single, individual console that you download to, right? Doesn't seem like a Steam account is specific to a single computer.
Finally got Cthulu, Sequence, and Bastion - since Bastion's on sale right, especially (you need a Steam account to see the bargain deal). Probably pick up Super Meat Boy next.
Cthulu and Sequence, I've become more satisfied with than any mainstream console title (or piss poor WiiWare-only download) I've played since the PSX. I feel like I haven't played a video game in years.
I really need a more powerful computer, though. I have a 2.0Ghz processor, and that's a minimum requirement for a lot of games on Steam. I'm pushing my processor to the limit just trying to play these games. Probably end up frying my computer if I attempted to use it to play The Binding of Isaac (wants a 2.5Ghz processor).
Never really used my computer for gaming, until now. As a matter of fact, I just got a USB controller, just so I could play these games.
I'll see how well Bastion (1.7Ghz) runs on my machine, but I'm not too optimistic.
P.S. Seems Psychonauts is on Steam, too.

Also saw that they had the Genesis Phantasy Star games on Steam.
Now, if Square-Enix could just put the classic FFs on Steam, too. They've re-re-re-re-released on almost every other platform imaginable, why not, right?
