I was just talking about mind control and altering memory yesterday too. This stuff is pretty far out -- You can make people kill themselves. The mindcontrol mechanics are confusing as it required two actions to trigger the mission complete status when the first action triggered mission failed. It's like the Butterfly Effect videogame but controlling other people. While it looks like the game will only let you trigger one alteration of reality (the ones that complete the mission) hopefully next gen there will be a real rpg experience where thousands of outcomes are experienced and saved as you continue throughout the game world.
