Years after having gotten rid of the game due to frustration at one of the last dungeons, I finally found the instruction book. Anyone want it for free? It's in mint condition and came with no extras (unlike the first game...hehe, that letter from Uncle Jones was cool).

I remember playing the first Startropics, and thinking it would be a mediocre game, but then I ended up truly enjoying it!  Never played ST II, but that reminds me, was there ever a Startropics soundtrack released?

IIRC, The final dungeon of Star Tropics 1 was too much for me.

Heh, I don't remember the final dungeon, but I do remember the dungeons in general. The shoddy controls -- or rather, the shoddy response to the controls -- was what eventually frustrated me. I'm surprised I got as far as I did.

I don't recall ever running across an OST, but I wouldn't be surprised if one didn't exist.  It wouldn't be too much to rip the .nsf into mp3s and do a quality "in-house" release though.

I have a few things like this laying around... I have a Metroid II manual; a Suikoden back & cover (for the double case release); cover, back and manual for a non-GH FF7, a manual for a GH FFT and front and back for Legend of Legaia. I have no use for these but I can't bring myself to throw them away. Not to hijack the thread but if anyone wants these I'll send them out free as well.

I'm still looking for the original documentation and booklets that came with the C64 version of Ultima IV: Quest of The Avatar.  Mainly for the character artwork..... Are there scans available online?
