I know it's for the Triple Triad Card Game, but some of the kanji is confusing me. Anyone?

Closest I think is:

Card Game (Triple Triad) (Commence After Deciding Rule-Card Placement-Card Flip-Game Completion)

Card Game (Choosing Who Makes the Initial Move / Dealing the Cards / Flipping a Card / Game Completion)

Last one the kanji is for a hand (as in a winning hand), but I would agree game sounds better
