Since you can purchase a sealed copy of the game for $20, I'm going to surmise that it's the soundtrack which added the $200!  I'm glad PC games are getting noticed in terms of music.  I personally think that many PC games have better music than most video games.  Of course today, the line between computer and video games is blurred at best.

Interesting . .didn't know PC had PAL/NTSC distinctions...Well learn-me something new everyday!

I think alot of it comes down to collectibility.  It's nice when something is not only rare...but also happens to be good.  To be honest, I haven't heard any computer (exclusive) game music that stands out.  Any recommendations?

I recommend the glorious Ys Oath of Felghana OST myself.

Good Lord, yes!  I have TONS of recommendations smile
Of course it depends on what genre you enjoy, but here are some of my recommendations:

Diablo -superb music!  Anything by Blizzard (Warcraft, Diablo, Starcraft) is very high quality.
The Dig -gorgeous music!  very soothing and very beautiful.
Heart of Darkness -awesome stuff!  the game was also released on the PSX after it was released on the PC.  Plays and sounds kinda like a Steven Speilberg film.
Icewind Dale -one of Jeremy Soule's finest!  Great stuff.
Medal of Honor: great stuff by Michael Giacchino!  award-winning music, and it's been re-released, and is highly affordable!
Morrowind: Once again, Jeremy Soule strikes gold!  And the intro music is haunting...
Myst: I've always loved the Myst soundtracks.  There are 6 total, one for each of the Myst games.
Myth: The Fallen Lords -yummy!
Warcraft -pretty much any of the Warcraft soundtracks kick butt!  If you've played the games, you probably have the music running through your head anyway...

That's a good starter.  There are of course tons more.  Let me know if you have any questions.  I think it's too bad that PC game soundtracks don't get the recognition that video games do.  In my opinion, computer games often have superior soundtracks smile

LucasArts in general makes good games with great music.  Unfortunately, they didn't release that many soundtracks, but what they did release is VERY good.  In fact, I only know of 4 official soundtracks, perhaps others know of more?

The Dig -orchestral style, very releaxing and beautiful (as I mentioned earlier)
Grim Fandango -jazzy, very fun and exciting stuff (great game too!)
Outlaws -similar style to Ennio Morricone, I think it's great!
20th Anniversary -a compilation of the above, but also includes music from the famed Monkey Island series

Great stuff if you can find it, but as you can see, it tends to sell for big bucks.

Lucasarts has impressive musicians(Michael Land, Peter McConnel),

you skipped Loom Soundtrack, very old ost and I've seen it going for over $300, Loom Remixes - both incredible scores.

Atlantis Soundtracks are highly recommended as well

Huh, I didn't even know they had a Loom soundtrack!  It wouldn't surprise me if sold for over $300.  Yes, LucasArts has top people (Land did the music to "The Dig", which I highly recommend, and it's relatively inexpensive).

Legend of Heroes VI (1st and 2nd Chapter...The first is supposed to come to PSP soon)
Dinosaur Resurrection
Zwei!!
Gurumin (also coming to PSP soon).
Lord Monarch series
Storm Bringer Korona
Lost Child
Makai Tenshi Jibril
Ragnarok Online
Princess Witches
Ragnarok Offline
Tacticsbrid
MeltyBlood (not sure if this has been ported, but it started as a computer-only doujin fighter...An arcade version was rumored).
Sakura Relaxation (Kikuta)
Too many dating sims to count, only a few of which show up on consoles.

Can't say I've played a single one of these, but in general, Japanese PC games are home to a lot of unknown gems. Excluding Falcom, which most people know about.

Wait, is Felghana getting a release on something other than PC?

Strong rumor it's getting the Ys VI treatment. RPGFan mentioned something about Konami being asked about it getting a PS2 release and they subtley hinted it was coming, despite the "No comment" treatment.

Since it's pretty much a console-style action RPG and the franchise actually has legs now in the US, I don't see why they wouldn't do it.

Now as long as they leave the original music intact...
