I'm not usually one for professional sports, but this really weird incident is amusing, in a Fitzgerald-like way!

I was in grade school when this happened and, in all honesty, I remember it VERY clearly. I can visualize when I watched Hard Copy (anyone remember that?) for all the sorted details. I don't think I'll ever forget that video where Nancy is continiously crying out "why... why...." Very chilling stuff....

Still, what I find kind of perplexing is while Tonya Harding would have otherwise faded into obscurity after her skating career I am oddly familiar with all her post-scandal issues and appearances because of the media. Ironically, she became quite famous in all the wrong ways.
