Hey,

doing this a bit earlier than the last times. Also because there's a tiny bit more stuff in March that captured my interest.

Preorders:
GUSTCD-11014~6 | Ar nosurge -ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK
GUSTCD-11013 | Ar nosurge Genometric Concert side.AKA TENTOKI
GUSTCD-11012 | Ar nosurge Genometric Concert side.AO TOKIKAGURA
SQEX-10431 | memória! / The Very Best of Yoko Shimomura
FCBV-0007 | Akiko Shikata Concert 2013 LAYLANIA ~Black&White~

Interesting:
VTCY-43 | ARPEGGIO OF BLUE STEEL -ARS NOVA- ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK 2 (would like to see a full release)
VTCL-60369 | Magical Warfare Original Soundtrack (see, like here!!!!)
NGCS-1037 | Kingdom Original Soundtrack (she had a pretty good track on the Dariusburst remix album)

Rest:
SVWC-7994 | Silver Spoon Original Soundtrack (I only lasted a few episodes, but I think the score was kinda OK)
SQEX-20016 | A REALM REBORN: FINAL FANTASY XIV Original Soundtrack (this Masayoshi Soken guy is very talented)

This month is dominated by Ar nosurge, where sadly, but apparantly, Akiko Shikata didn't return in her composing role. Quite a shame, but at least she's promiment on the blue vocal album. I'm not so happy Origa as the second "blue" vocalist. She already did nothing for me on the Final Fantasy XIII-2 album, but I guess some other people here will be pleased to see (and hear) her.

The next big thing, also preordered of course (!), is the new arrange album by Shimomura, AFAIK in line with drammatica in terms of style. Well, not very much apart from the tracklist (or parts?) is known, but I guess you can't go wrong with getting that album. Speaking of Shimomura, isn't there also supposed to be a Seiken Densetsu arrange album (we already got one from Ito and one from Kikuta) to come out in the near future?

Last preorder is the delayed DVD live concert recording by Shikata. I think this is the first release of live recording material by her.

Apart from that we have two releases with music by Masato Kouda. I haven't watched Magical Warfare, so no idea what to expect there, but Ars Nova is really good IMO -- so please, oh great FlyingDog, grant us an official release! smile

I also added this Kingdom album, but just because the composer name sounded familiar (Dariusburst Remix Wonder World!!)

Anything you're particularly looking forward to in March?

Lightning Returns: FFXIII PLUS and some new DQ album, too.

I'm going to reserve judgement on Kingdom until I can download it or hear samples.  I liked Minako Seki's work from Tear Ring Saga but she hasn't really done anything significant since then.

for me:
Lightning Returns: FFXIII Plus OST
Memoria
FFXIV: ARRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr OST

Masayoshi Soken is the best new composer I've heard.  His stuff is completely awesome.  And he's a strange and funny guy too (with a curious thing for knee-high socks). haha

This month looks bland. Off to YJA, I am.
