I'd figured I's ask this here since a lot of mailing goes on here...
I ordered a video game from a seller on amazon and the person completely screwed up my address. Supposedly when they entered it when printing the label they were having problems with the program auto filling it and the only thing that ended up being correct was my name.
Anyways, I was waiting for this package and I got annoyed enough to check the tracking which led me to this discovery. The game is currently about 200 miles away from me.
Depending on the shipping options the seller used when shipping wouldn't this be eventually be shipped back to the sender if it was shipped to an address that couldn't be delivered to? I got another e-mail from the seller and it basically said "I don't know what the hell to do even though this is my fault." Very nice...
Is there anyway to contact the post office send this back to the seller faster or even get the address corrected? I mean I highly doubt the latter as I can't really prove it's mine, right?
